Pivotal strategic and marketing roles.
- Advised the company to move away from a creative service company crowd-sourcing and optimizing banners based on heat map tracking technology.
- Advised company to focus on the digital database potential and create “Moat Scores” based on engagement metrics.
- This led to the evolution of a new business definition. "Moat is a brand intelligence and analytics company".
- Introduced and engaged Moat with Blackberry for a proof of concept project to maximize round 2 financing potential.
At that time, Blackberry was the smartphone market leader.
In 2013, CTD Consultants introduced Moat to The Globe and Mail Canada, a pivotal strategic engagement that extended proof of concept and created repeated Client usage for a major national media brand, a key requirement for Venture Capital round 3.Prior to the sale, the VCs had invested $67 Million.

- Advisor for this Data-Driven Media Studio start-up competitive with the IBM Accenture models.
- Helped shape competitive market positioning, new business framework and growth plan
- Company has doubled revenue each year since launch in 2015 and is forecast to double again in 2018

1.Rogers Communications.Conducted The largest Agency Search ever conducted in Canada for Canada's largest Telcom/Cable and Media operator which involved the big 3 holding companies.
2. Aimia. (Aeroplan Air Canada's Frequent Flyer program). Holistic advertising agency management to align it's current agency services, (Cossette) and contract and continuously measure outcome.
3. Publicis. Operational/production audit for new North American executive and financial management of all Publicis Creative Communication companies: Leo Burnett, Saatchi, Publicis Nurun.
4. Agency positioning, New Business, Client alignment and Client and Employee satisfaction work with several independent and network advertising agencies and consulting firms in Toronto including advising US parent companies on Canadian options and potential.
5. Manifest Digital. Role and responsibility definition, multi-office process audit and workflow mapping for the largest content marketer in the USA based in New York merging with a Digital agency in Chicago including line operations management help in a merger transition.
6. Spark Productions. In-house AV production audit for 5 above.
8. Several SME (operations) assignments for US consulting companies like Alphasights as well as the big 5 Global Consultants.
9. Due diligence, (operations) for several holding companies and network agencies, mainly in the digital space in North America.
10. Asset Management consulting for a fashion manufacturer in SFO.
Other Projects completed in the last 5 years.
1. Business and revenue models for a major advertising holding company; Departmental workflow alignment and digital asset management technology improvement via intelligent audits for a major agency.
2. Via Jeff Schur's executional company, ArmoryNY LLC the assignment included the discovery, financial modeling, design, build and implementation for a Havas production center in NY which exceeded it's first two years margin target. This successful hub has now been built out into two other US cities with Canada next in line.
3. Armory provides "virtual" production services to other agencies like digital agency Millennium Communications in Syosset NY and Cutwater in SFO.
All agency Clients have significantly expanded their services and their capabilities without increasing overhead.
